Energy wants to move. Energy is the reason why everything is always changing. It is because energy must move forward. It is often the case that energy gets stuck within your physical bodies or your energy fields, and then you experience symptoms, unwanted thoughts and emotions, and other attachments that do not serve you. Therefore, getting the energy to move is an important step in your evolution. It is the way that you keep up with the always-changing, always-moving energy that everything and everyone is comprised of. When you give yourselves the opportunity to experience energy by feeling into an experience you are having, you automatically activate that energy and allow it to move forward. It is only through your living in oblivion that you thwart the movement forward. Some of you are able to sense energy better than others. Those of you who are sensitive to minor fluctuations in energy are more likely to tune yourselves to it and therefore allow it to move. Those who are less aware are usually not as grounded in their physical bodies, and therefore energy can really get stuck in those individuals. When you go to an energy healer, the energy healer is encouraging you to feel the movement of energy within yourself. Sometimes the energy healer is adept enough to know exactly where the energy blockages are and can point them out to you. When you breathe, consciously, with the intention of not only feeling energy but also moving it through you, you simply cannot fail. The breath is an excellent tool for making you more aware, for giving you the sensation of energy moving through you, and it is also very soothing. So the movement of energy can be less than pleasant, as it stirs up old memories, old traumas, and even connects you to past lives. So we recommend that you make yourselves as comfortable as you possibly can, tune yourselves to your physical bodies and your breath, and give yourselves the experience of the movement of energy through you. Breaking free from the chains that you have placed on yourselves will always feel as though you are going home again to who you once were. You are not just becoming. You are remembering. You are remembering who you really are. And in the process of remembering who you really are, you are going to experience many déjà vu’s, many past life versions of yourself, and also memories from this lifetime that you have forgotten because they have not served you until now to remember. As you come to these remembrances, a lot of gaps are going to be filled in for you. A lot of the things that have happened in your life are going to start making sense to you. You will no longer going to wonder why that happened, who that person was, or what that meant, because it will become crystal clear to you that every single one of those pieces of the puzzle was necessary. They were necessary to put you back together, to re-member you. That is why you experience things that you would not have created for yourselves using your egoic minds. You needed to get in touch with those other aspects of you, but you don’t know that in your present. You don’t always know what you need to know until you absolutely need to know it, and that’s what you are discovering. You are discovering what you already know. You are unraveling your own mystery, the mystery of your own creation. You are your own creation, and your journey is about realizing and recognizing that which you already are. You already are whole and complete. You already are Source Energy Beings. And when you wake up to that knowing, and you live in a physical reality with a physical body, then you have the best of both worlds. And then you can create beyond what your wildest imagination has been able to dream of up until this moment. This moment is about connecting you, about reconnecting you, and about reestablishing that which is you, that which you could never escape. No matter what you have experienced, no matter how much you have suffered, no matter what you have had to give up

A Sneak Preview of the 5th Dimension☆The Creators For now, let us give you a sample of what it is you are moving towards. You are moving towards a Universe where all possibilities will be able to be previewed by you. You are going to find that you will have such freedom and so many choices, that at times, you will feel overwhelmed. There will be a sense of impact that you are having on your environment. And you will take into consideration what living your particular choices will do to the experiences of others. You will have that full knowledge of your impact.This is a wonderful thing because you are having an impact, of course, but you do not always see it, you do not always feel it, you cannot always perceive it. And with full knowledge of your impact, you will be able to make more informed decisions. It will be a world that is supported by the energy that you put forth into it. You will find that others are in support of you, and you will be in support of them, and there will always be harmony from the consciousness that you will share, that you will be able to tap into.You will also find that life will become much easier. You will have less need for taking steps in order to get to where you want to go. You will be able to go more directly, with fewer steps. And you can choose which steps you want to experience and which you would rather skip. So it is to your benefit now to simply take this information in. We want you to expect life to get easier, and we want you to know that it is inevitable now that you will find yourselves living as we have described. What you can do in the meantime, while you are still working out some of your third dimensional experiences, is you can feel the satisfaction in the knowledge that what you are living now is creating a better tomorrow for everyone. It is never the case that what you are living and what you are experiencing, and the trials and tribulations that you are facing, are all for naught. They have impact and that impact is felt throughout the Universe. Begin exploring the possibilities that you can conjure now, and allow yourself to check in on where it is you feel most at home.

I am Quan Yin Taking the path that serves you the most is not always the easiest for you to take. Challenges are what keep you in a constant state of expansion. So of course your path is not always going to be the easiest, and it is not always going to be the one you would choose for yourselves from this perspective that you now have. Be that as it may, you are going to find yourselves on the path that serves you the most and that gives you the greatest opportunity for expansion. Growth is spurred on by desire, and desire is often spurred on by pain. So the key for you is to actually experience the growth in the most joyous way possible, and the most joyous way possible is also the way that involves the most conscious awareness. Your conscious awareness of how the challenges serve you lowers your resistance to them and allows for a greater conscious participation in your growth and in your journey. Be curious about the pitfalls and the roadblocks. Instead of wondering how you got yourself into the mess you are in, wonder how that mess is spurring on your growth and is giving you what you need to expand and to become more. Growth and evolution are a natural consequence of existence. How you experience your growth and expansion is up to you. When you have the perspective that nothing is more significant than becoming more of who you are, you have the perspective of your higher self, your oversoul, and of Source Energy. How You Become Your Higher Self☆The 9D Arcturian Council We have the ability to sense when one of you is making progress on your journey, and we have noticed that the progress that we see lately has more to do with what you are letting go of than it does with what you are accomplishing. We see you letting go of the need to please others, to be right, to have all the answers, and we see you getting more comfortable with who you are right now and with not knowing.And this is bringing you closer to the harmonious whole that you are becoming. Becoming the truth of who you are is more about stripping away the layers of what you are not and letting go of self-imposed limitations.It has very little to do with whether you’ve been able to raise your kundalini energy or whether your third eye is open. It has very little to do with whether you are clairaudient or can channel. If you can sit quietly and enjoy a cool breeze on a hot summer day, while being completely present with yourself, your feelings, and whoever you are with, you are in that moment enlightened. You can experience yourselves as your 5th dimensional higher selves at any time. It’s not as though you need to climb to the top of a very high mountaintop and sit there perched upon the top of that mountain forevermore. You will continue to face challenges, and you will continue to experience aspects of yourselves that you do not want to face and acknowledge. But you will also have those moments enlightenment as you let go of beliefs, ideas, programming. As you let go of the need to be anywhere, other than where you are, as you let go of the need to be anyone, other than who you are, in those moments, you do become who you want to be and you do have the power to create what you want to create. And in other moments, you will find yourselves crying in a ball on the floor, and that is all right. In fact, it’s perfect. It’s called being human and feeling what it feels like to be where you are. You’re not going to be there forever, so you might as experience it fully and completely, and you might as well start loving yourselves right now because you will always be in a state of becoming more.
